Kristen Kinsch began crafting sock monkeys in 2008, then branched out to other animals. From there, her handmade creations have turned into her company, Stitchees. Crafting each piece from found, purchased or reconfigured materials, Kinsch says that each piece is as unique as each individual. "Give me a pair of your favorite socks or some socks that your child has outgrown," she said, "and I will make them into a keepsake softy friend."
